I kinda gravitate towards authors and speakers who can compartmentalise and think through complex problems and lay them out in easy steps. Somehow the “x number of steps” style takes out a lot of complexity and blows away a lot of the fog for me.
I am kind of a logical and systematic thinker so the “do this, then do that” makes a lot more sense to me than abstract and random thoughts

The cricket test match became obsolete overnight; one-days’ are on the verge of extinction. Today is the world of T20's. Hitting in the last overs is no longer enough, you got to attempt a six from the first ball. A score of 180 which was considered a good score in 50 overs is a low score for 20 overs now; however, the pitch is the same!

As a budding entrepreneur foraying into retail, you would have weighed some options like personality, motivation, money and experience. After this, the question that comes to mind is how to get into retailing? The element that matters the most in retailing is the brand value, the customer satisfaction and loyalty. In this era of cut-throat competition, it is very difficult to establish a new brand in the market.

Before thinking of taking up a real estate franchise, we should ask ourselves a more important question. If I am a consumer of real estate brokerage service what do I want that will make my experience a very satisfactory one. Very likely a satisfied consumer
